We're sorry to hear you will not be renewing your account or domain with 3DPixel.net, however we aim to assist you as much as possible and hope to help you again in the future.
Billing
We categorically do not keep your credit card or other payment details on file. We do not automatically take payment under any circumstances.
Should you not wish to renew an account or domain, simply ignore the email and SMS notifications and the item in question will expire on the date indicated. No notification is required from yourself.
Nameservers
Should you wish to keep a domain registration with 3DPixel.net but host the domain with another provider, please simply contact us with the target nameserver information and we will action this as soon as possible.
Domain Transfer
Should you wish to transfer the domain registration to another provider please contact us and provide the IPS TAG (for .*.uk domains) or ask us for the TRANSFER CODE and subsequent UNLOCK (for .com / .net / .org domains). We do not hold domains against the client's wishes under any circumstance other than for technical issues e.g. the billing is about to, or has already expired.
Points To Note
Please ensure that you have a current backup of your site prior to expiry of your account or domain. We can not guarantee that 3DPixel will keep site files post-expiry for any time more than 1 week.
