Adding A Mailbox (Email Address)

By default, your domain account has no mailboxes set up. Logging into either the webmail system or trying to download mail will result in a failed connection. In order to begin using mail from your account a mailbox must be first set up in your control panel.

Log into your control panel using the link given in your welcome email OR using the following system to log in. (the /cp suffix)

http://yourdomain.com/cp

After using your username and password supplied during your signup, a screen similar to the following will be visible:

Click on the domain name you would like to create a mailbox for - in our example case - testbongo.com

Click the MAIL image towards the upper-left.

In the resulting page click Add New Mailname and the resulting setup screen will follow:

It is important to note:

1. Mailbox must be ticked in order for this account to receive email.
3. Remember your username and password used here - these are used for both webmail and pop3/IMAP email collection.

Trap25

By default, your mailbox is entered into our new trap25 spam filtering system. Please note that any mailboxes created will take up to one hour to register in trap25. Until this time senders will receive bounces outlining a failure do to validrcptto.
