The Saturn 4 Ultra features a 10-inch 12K monochrome LCD screen with 11520 x 5120 pixel resolution and 19 x 24 μm XY resolution, delivering impressive detail for high-resolution prints.

Tilt-Release Technology

The Elegoo Saturn 4 Ultra uses the so-called tilt-release technology. By “tilting” the resin tank after each individual layer, the models can be released from the release film much more easily and quickly. At the same time, higher speeds of up to max. 150 mm/h are achieved, and you can switch between two printing modes as needed for more flexibility and efficiency:

Combined light source for more detail

The Saturn 4 Ultra uses Elegoo’s proprietary lighting technology that combines a COB light source with a Fresnel lens collimator. This produces a 405 nm wavelength light beam and illuminates the screen at a right angle with a light angle of less than 5°, resulting in a field of view uniformity of more than 92%. This results in highly precise prints with detailed surfaces, sharp corners and edges.
