Email Aliasing, Groups, Redirects, Autoresponders

Using Parellels Plesk, you can manage your email setup in as much detail as you wish.

Email Aliasing: Great for registering with companies/websites as a unique email address specific for that purpose. Any emails to thatcompany@yourdomain.com will essentially forward to your main email address. (hint: this can also be a good way to see which company/website has given/sold your email address).

Mail Groups: Useful if you have emails that need to be sent to a group of email addresses at once but only using a single email address.

Redirects: Redirect your email to another address to avoid having to set up or maintain multiple email addresses. Redirects can be used to send email to an account not hosted by 3dpixelnet.

Autoresponders: If you're away from your email for a while (holidays etc..) an autoresponder can tell people who send you an email that you're not at your machine. Totally customisable via plesk it can also be set up to be 'smart' i.e. if you receive 10 emails from someone in one day it will only send them one autoresponder message.
