Mailbox Is Full Error Message

By default, all 3DPixel.net hosted email accounts have a limit of 40MB. We find that in 99.9% of cases this is sufficient for general email use and rarely is the limit hit, moreso with the prevalent use of pop3.

People sending email to your accounts may receive the following templated bounce message from our servers:

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at SERVERNAME.3dpixelnet.com.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

you@yourdomain.com:
Recipient's mailbox is full, message returned to sender. (#5.2.2)

We can of course increase the default limit for your email accounts. Please simply drop a ticket in to support@3dpixel.net. This can of course be done pre-emptively should you require.

Unfortunately, any email sent during the period the mailbox is full will be bounced back to the sender, and will need to be resent. This is not an automatic process.
