FTP Firewall Issues

FTP (File Transfer Protocol) is the method used to upload and download files to your website. This protocol connects via a specific port: 21. To FTP to your site you need to ensure this port is open in any firewall or router configuration settings you may use.

All connections to 3dpixelnet servers should ideally use a "passive" FTP connection.
