Server Status

Query System

Our main point of contact is support@3dpixel.net. Queries are entered into our system and a confirmation email is sent. Reply notifications are then sent to you via email.

If you are asking for technical support please be as specific as possible, any error messages will help us to answer your question faster.

Please remember: the email address you use will be used to reply to you. If you are having email issues due to an expired domain or account do not use an email that you cannot access or you will simply not receive our reply.
