3DPixel Christmas Opening Hours

All the team here at 3DPixelnet want to wish you all the best for a good Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Our staff will be looking forward to a break too, but that doesn’t mean we stop altogether. We will continue to take all payments for renewals and new orders. We will also still offer our e-mail support through the ticket system with the following conditions.

Our Christmas party is on Thursday 18th Dec, therefore on Friday 19th Dec we will be operating reduced hours, all support requests will be dealt with during the working day.

Monday 22nd and Tuesday 23rd will also be reduced office hours but again all support issues will be dealt with during the working day.

Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing day we will be on call for critical issues only.

27th – 31st Dec reduced hours with all support issues dealt with during working hours.

New Years Day we will be on call for critical issues only.

2nd, 3rd and 4th January we will be working reduced hours with normal full office hours being resumed on Monday 5th January.
